This is why there is a <strong>tactical level of planning<\/strong>. Within the <strong>G-STIC<\/strong> (Goals &#8211; Strategy &#8211; Tactics &#8211; Implementation &#8211; Control) model, tactics is the bridge between strategy and its implementation.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are marketing tactics?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Marketing tactics<\/strong> is a set of specific tools and decisions aimed at implementing the chosen strategy. If strategy answers the question <em>&#8220;what do we want to achieve and with whom do we want to work?&#8221;<\/em>, tactics answer the question <em>&#8220;how exactly do we do it?&#8221;<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-medium-font-size\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tactical decisions include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Developing a market offer  <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Management of the marketing complex  <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Planning of communications and promotion channels<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Partner recruitment and logistics<br\/><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Market Offer (Offering)<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A market offer<\/strong> is the totality of all the benefits and values that a company offers to its target audience.
